  • Not essential. Many clients train at home with dumbbells or resistance bands. If you already go to PureGym, Nuffield or any local facility, we’ll programme around the kit available.

  • Yes. We teach movement patterns via demo videos and weekly form reviews so you build confidence safely.

  • In St Albans we focus on online coaching only. For in-gym sessions you’re welcome to visit our Guildford HQ or register your interest for one of our quarterly “Technique Days.”
