More Than Muscle is a coach-led gym based in Send, run by personal trainers and built around small group sessions.
You’re not walking into an open gym and trying to figure things out. You book into a session, follow a plan, and you’re coached the whole way through.
It ends up feeling a lot like one-to-one personal training, just in a group setting, so whether you’re starting from scratch, getting back into training or looking to progress, you always know what you’re doing and why.
