All of our sessions are fully coached and built around small group personal training.
That means you’re not left on your own or guessing what to do, everything is explained, adapted and progressed with you. We regularly work with people who are new to lifting, getting back into training, or managing injuries, so everything can be adjusted to suit you.
You just turn up, follow the session, and build consistency.

Strength & Technique/Compound Lift Focused
50-minute coach-led sessions focused on learning and mastering the big lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift). Includes accessory exercises to perfect technique and build confidence and lean muscle. -
High-Rep Strength & Metabolic Conditioning
50-minute fast-paced session using supersets and tri-sets with short rest periods. Full-body workout utilising agonist muscle groups designed to burn calories, build lean muscle and push intensity in a fun, high-energy environment. -
High-Intensity Interval Training/Full Body Conditioning
45-minute full body HIIT session with short, intense bursts and active recovery periods. Designed to improve fitness and burn calories in a fun, fast paced, and challenging environment suitable for all levels. -
Progressive Strength/Full Body Resistance Training
50-minute coach-led small group session using full-body supersets and tri-sets with dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. Focused on building muscle, losing weight, and boosting confidence in a supportive, partner-driven environment.
