How much does More Than Muscle cost?
This varies depending on the membership or level of support you need. Most members train with us through our coach-led small group memberships, while we also offer 1-1 personal training for those wanting more individual support.

My life is a bit hectic between work & family — can I still get results?
Definitely. Most of our members have busy lives, which is exactly why our sessions are structured the way they are. With flexible session times, coach-led training, and programming that progresses over time, it’s much easier to stay consistent and see results long term.
Should a beginner join More Than Muscle?
Absolutely. A lot of our members join with little or no gym experience. Every session is fully coached, exercises are scaled to your level, and we’ll guide you through everything in a supportive small-group environment.
How often would I need to train?
This depends on your goals, schedule, and training history. Most members find that two to three sessions per week gives them a great balance between results and real life. We’ll help you find an approach that feels sustainable for you.
