Track your meal macronutrient breakdown- this is your carbs, fats and protein.
Consider calories throughout the week as a total- you may be binging on a Saturday evening and not accounting for this.
Change and develop upon your gym work and programming.

40g rolled oats 
200ml any milk or water 
1 scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla whey 
50g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

INTERMITTENT FASTING: Super popular recently but what exactly does it mean? Typically you'll eat your food within an 8 hour window and avoid food for the other 16 hours of the day. 1700 calories eaten between 8am and 9pm is still 1700 when it eaten between 12pm and 8pm. Simply switching your exact same meals consumed throughout the day to different times of the day will NOT result in weight loss.  Intermittent fasting can work if meals and snacks (calories) are removed from the diet resulting in an overall calorie deficit. This style of eating also works for those sitting on the sofa at night with tea and biscuits. Between the hours of 8pm-11pm is where unhealthy snacking typically occurs so this way of eating could potentially work for that reason.
