Yes there is carbs in pizza, pasta, cake and toast but there is also carbs in your fruit salad, morning coffee, gin slimline and post-workout protein shake.
Carbs aren’t bad and categorising them as ‘junk food’ isn’t going to help anyone. 
Thinking your going ‘carb free’ but just cutting bread and pasta out isn’t going carb free. 
Carbs shouldn’t be demonised but rather enjoyed and put to good use! .

Track your meal macronutrient breakdown- this is your carbs, fats and protein.
Consider calories throughout the week as a total- you may be binging on a Saturday evening and not accounting for this.
Change and develop upon your gym work and programming.
