Annabel is always striving to learn more about all aspects of coaching – encouraging sustainable results by helping clients to achieve their goals whilst educating them in the process.
Annabel’s own training follows a powerlifting style, focusing on increasing strength and building muscle. She can use her knowledge to help both clients that want to lose weight and that want to gain muscle and increase their strength.
She is particularly passionate about coaching female and beginner lifters and introducing them to the benefits of strength training.

Developed with over a decade's worth of coaching experience, the MTM system is tried and tested with hundreds of people from all walks of life. We train busy city workers, young aspiring athletes, and even grandparents. Everything we do is completely bespoke, and we pride ourselves on our large battery of assessments and training interventions.
