A client of mine did inspire me to create these Energy Ball recipes as she was after something fun to create with the kids and also save on £2 every time she brought a Deliciously Ella. She’s also obsessed with smothering peanut butter on a apple (if you haven’t tried this, what have you been doing all your life) so I have dedicated 1 protein ball to that flavour! The ingredients to these balls wont require blitzing but will require lots of squishing rolling, However if you do have a blender- whiz it up!
