The Best 5 No Bake Energy Balls

No Bake, no fuss and no weird additives!

I bring to you the best 5 energy ball recipes I have!

A client of mine did inspire me to create these Energy Ball recipes as she was after something fun to create with the kids and also save on £2 every time she brought a Deliciously Ella. She’s also obsessed with smothering peanut butter on a apple (if you haven’t tried this, what have you been doing all your life) so I have dedicated 1 protein ball to that flavour! The ingredients to these balls wont require blitzing but will require lots of squishing rolling, However if you do have a blender- whiz it up!

P.S it is ok to lick your fingers after.


Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ball

Soft, and chewy with pops of chocolate. 92 Calories | 4 |Protein | 5 Fat | 7 Carbs

MAKES 8 BALLS

  • 25g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 15g Coconut Sugar
  • 25g Coconut Flour
  • 15g Coconut Oil
  • 30g Peanut Butter
  • 50ml Almond Milk
  • 30g Dark Chocolate Chips

 


Chocolate and Date Ball

Chocolaty, rich and crumbly 72 Calories | 4 Protein | 3 Fat | 6 Carbs

MAKES 16 BALLS

  • 100g Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 20g Runny Honey
  • 2 TBSP Rolled Oats
  • 1 ½ Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 10 Pitted Dates, finely chopped

Apple And Peanut Butter Ball

Inspired by the best combo! 100 Calories | 3 Protein | 5 Fat | 11 Carbs

MAKES 8 BALLS

  • 50g Peanut Butter
  • 70g Dehydrated Apple Rings, finely chopped
  • ½ Grated Fresh Apple
  • 20g Peanuts, Chopped
  • 40g Rolled Oats,
  • 1TBSP Almond Milk

Cherry Bakewell Ball

Almondy sweet combo- just as good as the real deal. 110 Calories | 3 Protein | 6 Fat | 10 Carbs
