Water Intake - Simple Formula

I think we are all aware of the importance of drinking water.


I wanted to share a cool formula you could all use to find your specific intakes:


0.033 x Bodyweight in Kg = Daily Target in Litres


Eg an 80 kilo man would have a target of: 0.033 x 80 = 2.64 Litres


And so a 2.5 Litre intake per day would be a good target for the individual.
