Personal Training With More Than Muscle

Like all of our services, they come in two forms; in person or online. The personal training package enables you to develop your physique and simultaneously, your health and wellbeing for everyday life. Whether it may be increasing your fitness levels or dropping stubborn and unwanted body fat, personal training with More Than Muscle is the package for you. Goals as simple as carrying the shopping bags or picking up boxes from the floor more efficiently can also be utilized within this service. Assessments are an essential part of this pack, these will ensure that we can measure your current status and improve upon it.

Personal Training

Personal Training with More Than Muscle gives you the opportunity to work with one of our elite fitness professionals. Our personal trainers will give exercise prescription with instruction and motivate by setting goals and providing feedback with accountability. Training will also include bi-weekly body stat measurements, biomechanic assessments and strength testing. Whether you are training at one of our gym facilities or from the comfort of your home, we are here to help. 

WHATS INCLUDED

-Minimum 4 sessions per month (1 hour per session)

-Minimum 3 months commitment

-Progressive training plan

-Correlated nutrition guidance with relevant adjustments

-Bi-weekly body stat assessments

-Access to our support forum

-Email and phone communication with your coach

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training is a fun and motivating way to improve fitness levels whilst working out with friends. This form of training with More Than Muscle also keeps you accountable as training with someone can do wonders for adherence, consistency and some healthy competition. This is the perfect way to train at an affordable price sharing the cost with a friend or 2. 

Semi-private personal training is capped at 4 clients per session. These sessions can take place in one of our gym facilities or in the comfort of your home.

-Minimum 4 sessions per month (1 hour per session)

-Minimum 12 weeks commitment

-Progressive training plan

-Correlated nutrition guidance with continued adjustments

-Bi-weekly body stat assessments
