??Located at the top of the butt and attaches into hip joint. ??Very important for hip stabilisation. ???????????Moving in one frontal plane can cause glute med to become underused and therefore weak.
????????Very Important for most sports and also general pop- having a strong Glute med can alleviate back pain or risk of knee injury.

40g rolled oats 
200ml any milk or water 
1 scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla whey 
50g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
Mix and microwave for 2-3 mins and keep stirring!
