Believe in yourself and select intensities that are challenging! Set yourself goals which you have to reach! As a rule of thumb, if your last few reps arenít stretching you then the load is probably too light. On the other hand, if youíre unable to reach those last few reps, this is an indication that your load selection may have been too heavy to start with.

A source of protein with every meal
3 meals a day 
Gym or sporting hobby 2-3 times per week for (45+ mins)

Track your meal macronutrient breakdown- this is your carbs, fats and protein.
Consider calories throughout the week as a total- you may be binging on a Saturday evening and not accounting for this.
Change and develop upon your gym work and programming.

If this still doesn't help, consider seeking some further support from somebody who can help manage your gym programming and nutrition.
